Of course, all brides want to be looking their best on the most special day of their life. That’s why as much as possible, brides include beauty appointments, a new beauty routine, and new beauty products to make sure that their hair and makeup are perfection on their wedding day. However, achieving that ravishing and bridal glow on your wedding doesn’t need to be expensive. Here are some pre-wedding beauty tips you can follow to achieve that radiant and youthful glow on your wedding day.
Face and Neck
If there’s one thing brides pay a lot of attention that is our face. Brides tend to hoards creams and lotions just to make sure they will achieve radiant and supple skin. But you don’t really need all these creams and lotions when all you have to do is to keep yourself hydrated all the time!
However, if you have acne or problem with blackheads, you can consider seeking help with a dermatologist. Keep in mind though that if you consider going this path, consultation must be done at least six months before your wedding day. This will give enough time for your skin to adjust to any creams or medications prescribed.
Lastly, don’t forget about your neck. Always extend applying your moisturizer and sunscreen down to your neck to keep it hydrated and protected against UV rays.
Start incorporating Vitamin B into your diet to help nourish your hair. As well as a new haircare routine of adding hair masks, serums or conditioning treatments that will work best for your hair. It is best to consult a hair expert to make sure you are not putting too much product on your hair.
If you wish to cut or color your hair for your wedding day, do it 1-2 weeks before your big day.
If you consider losing weight for your wedding, you may consider changing your eating habits. Consider incorporating whole foods, lean meat, fruit, and vegetables in your diet and avoid fried foods and alcohol.
Having an active lifestyle can help tremendously with your goal to lose weight before your wedding day. Try walking or riding a bike to go to a market instead of using your car, these little things can make a huge difference in your body.
For your skin, exfoliating is your friend. Use exfoliating products that are not too harsh for everyday use. With the use of loofah or body scrub, exfoliate every day to keep your skin radiant and free of dead skin cells.
